Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or accessing The Systems Library (“Membership,” “Library,” “Services”). By joining the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
The Systems Library is a monthly membership providing access to digital workflows, templates, automation ideas, video walkthroughs, training materials, and a private community space (“Lounge”).
Your subscription will renew automatically every month until canceled.
2. No Refunds
Because this Membership provides immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued — including for:

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time, and cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your upcoming billing date.

By purchasing, you authorize the Membership platform to store your payment method and charge your card each billing cycle.
You will receive billing reminders in accordance with the platform’s settings (e.g., upcoming renewal notifications where applicable).
If a payment fails, the system may automatically retry the payment. If payment cannot be processed, your access to the Membership may be suspended or revoked.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content inside The Systems Library — including workflows, templates, videos, Airtable bases, Zapier recipes, visuals, checklists, training materials, and any other digital assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Angela Tan / The Systems Rx.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own business.
You MAY:

Unauthorized sharing or reselling will result in immediate removal from the Membership without refund and may result in legal action.
6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
Members must interact respectfully within the Lounge (private Facebook group). Bullying, harassment, or disruption may result in removal without refund.
The Lounge is for support, questions, and discussion — not for selling, promotion, or solicitation.
7. Results Disclaimer
All workflows and strategies are provided for educational and informational purposes. No outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on your tools, setup, business model, and implementation.

The Membership includes access to Angela inside the Lounge only.
This is not a 1:1 coaching container, tech support package, or DFY service.
Angela will answer member questions inside the Lounge, but cannot guarantee turnaround times or individualized builds.
9. Modifications to the Membership
The Systems Library may evolve over time.
Angela may modify or update:

Price changes will not affect your current rate unless you cancel and rejoin later.
10. Termination
Angela may remove a member at any time for violating these Terms, misuse of content, or disruptive behavior. Removed members will not receive refunds.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue, including the argument that Florida is an inconvenient forum.

- not logging in
- change of mind

To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your upcoming billing date.
Upon cancellation:
- you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- access to the Library, Lounge, and all materials will end at the time your billing period expires
- you will not receive future workflow drops

- apply the strategies to your operations
- adapt them internally for your own systems
You MAY NOT:
- share, distribute, or reproduce the content in any form
- resell or sublicense any workflow, template, or resource
- use the content to create your own competing program, membership, workshop, or training
- upload or share Library content outside your own business
- use workflows with clients in a way that resembles reselling the original product
Unauthorized sharing or reselling will result in immediate removal from the Membership without refund and may result in legal action.
