The Accidental CEO Who Fell in Love with Systems.
After getting laid off while caring for my son post-surgery, I didn’t exactly plan to start a business—especially not one built around tech. But between nap schedules and hospital follow-ups, I found my way into the online world.
I started as a VA doing a bit of everything. And the more I worked behind the scenes, the more I saw what was really slowing clients down.
It wasn’t the offers.
It was the missing systems, especially those that affected sales.
Follow-ups got missed. Launches felt chaotic. Revenue relied on willpower.
That’s when I found my sweet spot: building automated, revenue-generating systems that run quietly in the background.

From Garage Sales to Funnels: How I Learned to Spot the Value Hiding in Plain Sight
Every system I design today is rooted in real-life lessons—garage sale hunts with my mom, messy launches that taught me what not to do, and quiet wins that proved simple systems can unlock big results.

The Garage Sale Blueprint
When I moved from Malaysia to the U.S., weekends meant tagging along with my mom on her garage sale runs. She mapped every stop out of the newspaper like it was her Super Bowl. She’d spot hidden gems no one else noticed and flip them into treasures. She was the OG Gary Vee of garage sales. That’s where I learned to look for value in overlooked places.
2009
The Overachiever Era
Started college at 15, earned both my high school diploma and associate’s degree by 17. I was already helping classmates map out schedules and optimize their time—long before “systems” was even a word I thought about.
2014
Pharmacy School + Burnout
Accepted into one of the top 10 pharmacy doctorate programs in the U.S. But by my third semester, I burned out. Failed classes for the first time. Walking away from pharmacy felt like failure—but it was actually my first act of alignment.
2016
The Accidental Systems Strategist
Landed a job at a small business and unintentionally became the go-to for optimizing sales and client delivery systems. Didn’t know it yet, but this was the spark of The Systems Rx.
2018
Laid Off, Leveled Up
Two years later, I was laid off from that same job while caring for my son after his open-heart surgery. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life—but it’s also when I decided I’d never again build a career that could be taken away from me. I wanted freedom. Flexibility. And work that could bend with life, not break me.
2019
The Birth of The Systems Rx
I launched The Systems Rx to help other business owners feel empowered by systems—not buried in them—and have since quietly supported million-dollar launches and built the backend workflows behind six-figure coaching programs.
2022
My Maternity Leave Systems Win
I prepped for maternity leave with fully automated funnels and workflows that ran without me—all while enjoying those newborn cuddles. That was my proof: smart systems can give you back your time, your peace, and your freedom.
